  Mike and Deb are awesome, however Larry 86ed me from the service due to him not actually verifying what he was selling and copied previous auction pictures. I didn't notice right away that the item wasn't the correct model because I trusted them. When I brought it back he did look for the proper model but instead of rectifying the issue he told Deb to refund my money. There was another item he could have substituted to maintain a loyal happy customer but he walked off to the back of the warehouse and didn't say anything to me beyond "what do you expect me to do" I was upset at his actions and poor customer service and sadly voiced it to Mike and Deb. I left empty handed after wasting time going back and forth. I then tried calling Larry and resolving the issue in which he hung up on me several times, talked over me extremely rudely, and proceeded to tell me and read to me the disclosure of the site and told me it was my fault I got the wrong product because I wasn't smart enough to come and inspect it(apparently trusting him to take physical pictures of the items being sold was wrong to do). I called him out on the poor review I saw on Google and he said oh your one of those that your going to go whine on a review and proceeded to tell me that the guy that left the review was upset about Larry changing an auction date and not working with him on a different removal date (I'd be upset as well if I had planned on being there in the window originally given that was changed without notice) I could pay to get those removed you know. After verifying pictures of other items I had one in the past I discovered it's not the first time he reused pictures for my purchases. Disappointing because I enjoy the online auctions and even his staff but I feel Larry needs a lesson in ethics and some customer relations. It's funny to me that he in the past 2 months has had so many good reviews right after our confrontation. I also tried calling and emailing after I had my bidder number blocked thinking their had to be a mistake based on my understanding of our last conversation when I told him I would like to put it aside he said agreed and it is behind us. Never a return call or email after that. I only waited on the review because I feel bad for Deb and Mike and didn't want their jobs affected, sorry guys I hope he treats you better than his clients.
